Pricing Coordinator

Position Purpose The primary job responsibility of this position is to ensure accuracy of pricing across internal systems and ensure implementation across the customer base. Duties, Tasks, And Responsibilities Responsible for submitting pricing requests, maintaining pricing lists, updating the pricing calendar, and responding to pricing requestsPull and prepare price quote filesInvestigate and address pricing issuesProvide input for promotional developments and prepare feedback analysis on resultsDMO – new locations, vendor set-ups, and new accounts Create and provide internal reports of customer actionsCreate and provide external reports for customers on OWI needs/Vender Direct ReportsValidate prices of index changesTrack price changes by customerManage changes to blanket contractsReview damages, short pays, discrepancies, and deductionsResolve invoicing issuesAd Hoc general reporting as needed Education, Skills And Abilities Bachelor’s Degree Required3-5 years’ of relevant experienceMS experience using including PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelExperience using SAP Ability to collaborate and work in teams
