About the role
Southern Glazer's Beverage Company is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our dynamic team. We are a leading beverage wholesaler in the industry and offer a range of positions including sales representatives, merchandisers, beer distributors, liquor sales professionals, and warehouse and corporate office roles.Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with retailers and customers to ensure product availability and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and shipping products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and its trends.
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
