President, Couplings

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a President, Couplings to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space. This executive leader will own the strategy and performance of a North America industrial division with responsibility for growth, margin improvement, and operational excellence. The role is focused on strengthening customer relationships, optimizing a complex product portfolio, and aligning cross-functional teams around enterprise priorities. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can scale performance across multiple locations while building a strong, collaborative culture.

Location: Milwaukee, WI - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$200,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Set and execute strategic initiatives for the North America division
• Drive organic revenue growth through market analysis and product innovation
• Strengthen customer relationships to enhance market share
• Manage a complex product portfolio with a focus on growth and margin improvement
• Optimize operations through process simplification and resource allocation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to leverage resources and achieve enterprise goals
• Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing leadership team

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence
• Strong background in product management and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to lead a diverse workforce across multiple locations
• Experience developing high-performing teams and fostering organizational culture
