The President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) provides strategic, operational, and technical leadership. This executive co-executes the corporate vision, drives operational excellence, and scales engineering capabilities. The role requires a rare blend of deep technical expertise and decades of proven defense industry leadership.

Required Qualifications

• Executive Experience: 25+ years of proven, progressive leadership experience within a defense contractor environment

• Education: (BS) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related STEM field and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from an accredited institution

• Market Expertise: Proven track record of winning and executing defense contracts within the Huntsville/Redstone Arsenal ecosystem

• Clearance Level: Active Top Secret Clearance

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Deep understanding of technical requirements and execution

• Experience transitioning a small defense contractor through corporate lifecycle phases and joint ventures

• Ability to transform complex technical requirements into profitable, executable corporate strategies
