Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of daily operations across the hotel and resort portfolio.
• Develop, implement, and uphold operational policies, standards, and key performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and support senior management teams, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and innovation.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong cost controls, operational efficiency, and healthy profit margins.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and consistent brand standards across all properties.
• Oversee financial forecasting and performance in partnership with the finance team.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend opportunities for growth and business expansion.
• Sure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated executive leadership experience within the hospitality industry, including required multi-property oversight.
• Strong financial acumen with a proven track record of driving profitability, operational performance, and business growth.
• Extensive knowledge of hospitality operations, guest experience management, and service excellence standards preferably in an owner/operator model.
• Proven ability to work in a family-owned organization and work professionally with the board.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
