About the role

The Preschool Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the preschool center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 3-5 years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations including classroom management, curriculum implementation, and staff supervision.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support child development and educational goals.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working in early childhood education settings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
