About the role
The Preschool Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a preschool center, ensuring that all children are safe, happy, and learning in a nurturing environment. This role involves managing staff, implementing educational programs, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool center
- Manage and train staff members
- Implement and monitor educational programs

- Communicate effectively with parents and community partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education
- Proven leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
