Job Details
- Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for sports construction projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis across multiple trades
- Solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
- Develop budgets, GMPs, and bid proposals
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and value engineering discussions
- Support project handoff from preconstruction to operations
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction (sports experience strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and cost drivers
- Proficiency with estimating software and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
