About the role
The Preconstruction Coordinator will support the Sales and Preconstruction teams at Cornerstone Flooring, ensuring that all project files and documentation are organized, submittals are prepared and tracked, bid schedules are managed, and meetings are coordinated.
Responsibilities
- Organize project files and documentation
- Prepare, track, and ship submittals
- Track bid schedules and proposal deadlines
- Aid in bid preparation and material takeoffs
- Cook up preconstruction meetings and project kickoffs
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Estimating, Project Management, and Operations
- Contribute to improving preconstruction processes and workflows
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in construction, estimating, project coordination, or sales support is a plus
