Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all pre-owned vehicle sales operations
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives
- Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance
- Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
- Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development
- Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results
Qualifications
- Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
- Luxury automotive experience preferred; BMW experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals
