Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all pre-owned vehicle sales operations
  • Drive sales volume, gross profit, and inventory turn objectives
  • Develop and coach sales consultants to achieve peak performance
  • Oversee vehicle acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
  • Maintain compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards
  • Foster a culture focused on customer satisfaction and employee development
  • Partner with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize results

Qualifications

  • Proven success as an Automotive Sales Manager or Pre-Owned Sales Manager
  • Luxury automotive experience preferred; BMW experience is a plus
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
  • Expertise in inventory management, pricing strategy, and digital retailing
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability goals
