Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the used car sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Source, acquire, and manage the dealership's pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Determine pricing strategies and oversee merchandising efforts
  • Foster a customer-focused environment, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service throughout the purchasing process
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue, expand market share, and capitalize on emerging trends in the used car market
  • Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators, and implement data-driven decisions to optimize sales and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the used car industry, demonstrating a track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of pre-owned vehicle market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a sales team to success
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
