Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney

Position Title: Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Pre-Litigation Employment Attorney to lead and expand a growing employment law practice in Los Angeles. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the entire pre-litigation process, from client intake and case evaluation to demand letters, settlement negotiations, and case resolution. The attorney will manage an active caseload, drive settlements, and play a key role in scaling the department within an established plaintiff-side law firm. The ideal candidate has a strong background in employment law, exceptional negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. This individual thrives in a high-volume environment, makes confident case decisions, and is motivated to take ownership of a growing practice.
