What You’ll Own The Case You’ll take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, developing the strategy and driving the case forward. You’ll Conduct strategic investigations into liability, damages, and case valueAnalyze medical records, evidence, and other case-related documentationDevelop case strategy and identify opportunities to maximize valueDraft and review demand packages and other legal documentsNegotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counselEvaluate settlement offers and make strategic recommendationsMaintain a strong understanding of the legal and factual issues affecting each case The Client Experience Our clients come to us during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. You’ll Likely Thrive Here If You Are an active attorney in good standingHave 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience preferredHave a strong understanding of California personal injury law and proceduresHave experience managing a significant personal injury caseloadAre a strong negotiator who knows how to evaluate risk, leverage, and case valueCommunicate confidently and empathetically with clientsAre highly organized and detail-orientedTake ownership of your cases and follow throughCan work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamAre comfortable making strategic decisions and advocating for your clientsCare about both the outcome of the case and the experience of the person behind itBilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role. You’ll have autonomy, but you’ll also be expected to own your results. You’ll need to be comfortable managing multiple priorities, making decisions, communicating with clients, and pushing cases forward without waiting for someone else to tell you what to do.
