Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and develop associates
- Evaluate hospital's processes, progress, and productivity
- Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services
- Manage daily operations, scheduling, and continuing education needs
- Budget and plan for the hospital
- Deal with daily operations
Requirements
Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Skills
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; knack for problem-solving; conflict management experience; leadership and analytical know-how.

Pay
$70,204.78 - $91,406.21 salary range, with specific pay rates dependent on experience, skill level, and education.
