About the role
Seeking a Practice Manager II who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care. This role involves managing day-to-day clinic functions, supporting staff, and driving patient satisfaction within MSO North TX Heart Center, part of HCA Healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct the day-to-day functions of the clinics and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage staff performance, including supervising, coaching, counseling front office and clinical staff, as well as interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
- Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients; collaborate with leaders or partners to problem-solve and improve processes.
- Develop and manage the practice budget, including profit and loss responsibility, revenue, expenses, and budgeting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent is highly preferred (appropriate experience may substitute for educational requirements).
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a healthcare or clinic setting.
- 3-5 years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
