Also there is "Overview About St. Christopher's Hospital for Children" and "About The Organization". Those are not required sections but could be considered "About the role"? Actually they are about the organization. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should include About the role maybe summarizing the job summary? But we already have Responsibilities. The "About the role" could be a brief description. However we must not repeat job title as heading. We can include About the role with a paragraph summarizing the role (maybe from job summary). But we already have responsibilities covering many details. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine About the role and Responsibilities? But they said use headings for those sections. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. The posting includes a job summary that describes role; we could put that under About the role. Then Responsibilities could be a list of duties. However the job summary already includes many responsibilities; we could split: About the role = overview paragraph; Responsibilities = bullet list of duties.
We have to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details.
Thus we can have:
About the role
... (the job summary paragraph)
