About the role
The Practice Manager (PM) is the heartbeat of the center, owning day-to-day operations and overall performance. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional patient experience, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving results across sales, operations, and clinical partnerships. This is a true business leadership role. The right person will take full ownership of their center, operating it as if it were their own. You’re decisive, adaptable, and able to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong sense of urgency.
Responsibilities
- Lead all center operations in alignment with company values, policies, and standards
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Own the full patient experience, from initial engagement through post-procedure follow-up
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial controls
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
- Partner across sales, operations, and clinical teams to drive performance and results
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading mid to large-scale or multi-unit operations (retail, service, or healthcare)
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results against KPIs and financial goals
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
- Passion for both the patient experience and employee development
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in medical, aesthetic, or dental environments preferred, but not required
- Comfortable with technology and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, etc.)
Pay
This role offers a base salary of $80,000–$100,000, plus a monthly bonus based on performance against key metrics. Total on-target earnings are approximately $120,000–$140,000+. Compensation may vary based on location, experience, and business needs.
