About the role

Our office, OS & Dental Implant Center of the Ozarks, in Springfield MO, is seeking a Practice Manager to join our busy specialty practice. We are looking for a talented and skilled Practice Manager to help us accomplish our mission to improve the lives of our patients by providing a world-class specialty experience for every patient. Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties. The office is located at 3820 S Fremont Ave, Springfield, MO 65804.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellent patient service and mainly implement the right processes and practices across the organization.
• Be ready to mentor team members.
• Find ways to increase the quality of the patient experience.
• Implement best practices across all levels.
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost‑effective way.
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant.
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability.
• Manage budgets and forecasts.
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.
• Train and supervise staff.
• Facilitate/coordinate other office responsibilities as needed.
