Practice Manager
About the role
with prose. - The Details: This role works on-site... – could be part of About the role. - Essential Duties and Responsibilities – list of duties – we can put underResponsibilities
with- each duty.
- What we are looking for: values, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience – we can split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, maybe.
- Salary Range – Pay section.
- Benefits – they list benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance, FSA, 401(k) match, PTO accrual, holidays.
- Schedule – not explicitly mentioned; they say on-site, no travel requirements. No schedule details like full-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section unless content.
- Qualifications: education and experience.
- Skills: knowledge, skills, abilities (Microsoft Office, regulations, financial, HRIS).
- Requirements: maybe values? Could be under Requirements.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove "Sound Physicians is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer..." and the Know Your Rights notice.
Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract sections:
About the role: combine the paragraphs under "About the Role" and "The Details:" maybe.
Responsibilities: list under "Essential Duties and Responsibilities". Need to capture each bullet (they are long sentences separated by line breaks). We'll create
- for each duty.
Requirements: maybe the values list? Or "What we are looking for: A successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of a combination of these values, knowledge, and experience:" then list values, knowledge, skills, abilities, education and experience. We could split: Requirements = values? But better to follow typical headings: Requirements (maybe values + knowledge?), Qualifications (education and experience), Skills (knowledge, skills, abilities). However the instruction says use those headings if content exists. We'll create:
- Requirements: maybe the values list (Customer-focused, Intellectually curious, Likes people, Self-starter, Resourceful, Collaborative). Could be considered requirements.
- Qualifications: Education and Experience (Bachelor’s degree..., 3-5 years' experience..., Experience managing a physician group practice, preferred).
- Skills: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency..., Knowledge of relevant state and federal healthcare regulations..., Basic understanding of financial and budgeting processes/principles..., Knowledge of HR information systems and basic HR knowledge).
- Benefits: list benefits.
- Pay: Salary Range $70,000-$95,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity.
- Schedule: not present, so omit.
We also need to include About the Team? Not required heading; we could omit.
We need to preserve all substantive information: include company description? Not required heading but could be included as prose under maybe no heading? The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those sections. It says "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". It doesn't forbid other headings like About the Team, About Sound. But to be safe, we can include them as
About the team
etc. However they didn't list those as examples; but they didn't forbid. The instruction: "usefor section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests we should use those headings for those sections; other headings maybe okay but not needed. Safer to stick to those headings only. Thus we will output:

We should also include the About the role prose: combine: "The Practice Manager works with the Sound Physician’s team onsite at the hospital partner daily. This team consists of a Practice Medical Director, Clinicians, and a Clinical Performance Nurse. The Practice Manager also works closely, daily, with key stakeholders at the hospital partner, such as hospital leadership, case management, and others." Let's craft:The Practice Manager works with the Sound Physician’s team onsite at the hospital partner daily. This team consists of a Practice Medical Director, Clinicians, and a Clinical Performance Nurse. The Practice Manager also works closely, daily, with key stakeholders at the hospital partner, such as hospital leadership, case management, and others.
