NEPA Community Health Care is seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join our team! Hours associated with this position are five 8-hr shifts, working 7:30 AM - 4 PM. This role serves as a liaison between the Business Office and clinical teams and functions as an adviser to leadership on matters pertaining to the front-end operations. The Practice Manager serves as a role model in attitude, attendance, behavior, professional appearance and in communication and interactions with other employees and patients. S/he demonstrates confidence in decision making, flexibility and responsiveness to changing demands, as well as the ability to prioritize to meet operational and other needs.
