Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years' experience in a supervisory position
• Three to five years' experience in a healthcare-related field
• Three to five years' experience in an outpatient clinical setting
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Experience with physician scheduling, on-call scheduling, physician relations, and retention
• Experience with quality measures, financial performance, benchmarking, and customer relationships
• Current Arizona Department of Public Safety fingerprint clearance card
• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency in computer systems, process design, and data management
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 50 pounds
• Language proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Familiarity with employer agreements and workers' compensation
• Familiarity with CMS and AHCCCS insurances
• Experience with Meditech or other related electronic records systems
• Track record of team building, process improvement, and multi-departmental collaboration
