Job Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee clinical field operations, clinical productivity, and facilities to ensure the consistent operational execution of Light On Anxiety’s office locations.
- Aid in coordinating clinical operations to ensure that they meet high quality of services and productivity of clinicians and staff.
- Manage sites to ensure that they maintain expected level of condition and positive experience for patients and clients.
- Maintain, monitor and analyze reports on the performance of each clinical site location.
- Affortively identify staff and client needs and constantly seek out improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a balanced focus on both clinician and client satisfaction.
- Monitor adherence to all applicable rules, regulations and procedures that apply to LOA’s outpatient mental health center operations.
- Partner with Clinical Supervisors to provide dyadic leadership to clinical staff, including monitoring, coaching and correcting performance-related issues such as calendar hygiene, productivity and professionalism.
- Serve as the escalation point for non-clinical client concerns.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field or equivalent education and experience.
- Preferred LCPC or LCSW.
- Proficient knowledge of behavioral health operations, delivery models and best practices.
- Comfortable with accountability for achievement of objectives.
- Advanced critical thinking, sound judgment and a proven problem-solving ability with calm ability to resolve issues in stressful situations.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize and balance multiple, diverse priorities.
- Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to handle difficult conversations effectively.
- Positive response to unpredictable situations or problems that can occur throughout your work responsibilities.
- Drive to actively seek out new projects, institute change and create a fun, rewarding and professional work environment.
- A willing mentality to learn and grow.
- A self-starter personality that thrives in a team environment.
