Practice Manager
About the role
Lead with Purpose. Build a Team That Changes Lives. Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is looking for a dynamic, experienced Practice Manager to lead operations at our Philadelphia, PA location. This is a rare opportunity for a mission-driven operations leader who thrives in fast-paced healthcare environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care through strong leadership and operational excellence. Here, the Practice Manager isn't just an administrator — you're a strategic partner, a team motivator, and a change champion. We're looking for someone solution-focused, goal-oriented, and resilient: a leader who rises to challenges with clarity, compassion, and confidence. You'll work hand-in-hand with clinical leaders and the Patient Access Director to align daily operations with Kolmac's mission — helping individuals and families heal through evidence-based addiction and behavioral health care. If you're energized by leading teams, solving problems, and making a real difference in people's lives, we want to meet you. Kolmac has led the field in outpatient treatment since 1973. Patient care is at the heart of everything we do. Following the merger of Kolmac Outpatient Recovery and Concerted Care Group (CCG), we provide addiction and behavioral health treatment for individuals, families, couples, and groups across Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, and Pennsylvania — and we're still growing.
