Practice Manager

Position Summary

Assumes responsibility for the smooth operation of the physician practice.

Primary Position Responsibilities

• Accurately processes all human resources paperwork as well as dealing with employee management
• Handling of all the practice financials – end of month, budget
• Recruitment and interviewing skills
• Attends and conducts meetings
• Performance Improvement
• Quality Improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Health Science, Nursing or related area.

Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation):
Required: Healthcare operational experience required. Good communication and multi-tasking required.
Preferred: Bachelors Degree preferred or 3-5 years healthcare management experience which includes financial reporting and budget preparation and monitoring. Supervisory experience preferred.

License, Registry or Certification:
Required: None
Preferred: None

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:
Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal, multi-tasking skills
Preferred: Knowledge of medical information systems and applications

Pay

Hiring Range: $88,478.00 - $100,355.00 Annually

Schedule

Full-time, M-F 8a-5p, Day Shift with occasional Evening or Night
