Practice Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. As a leader in our "empowering all" effort, you will play a key role in bringing out the best in the dental team, delivering a best-in-class dental experience to our patients. You will see lives change, beginning with your own and those around you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, supporting the patient experience, visit completion, and patient return.
• Lead a team of practice team members to change lives, one smile at a time, with the support of your office leader.
• Act as a Chief Smile Ambassador, welcoming patients and guiding them through their journey to oral health and happiness.
• Play a key role in community initiatives, including donating proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local Colorado charities.

Requirements

• Previous experience (3+ years) as the office/practice manager of a busy, service-oriented, multi-specialty dental practice.
• Associate’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience OR a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management.
• Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems, preferably Dentrix/Ascend.
• Understanding of managerial and financial reporting and financial principles (e.g., practice management reports, production reports, financial statements) is a plus.
