Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner.
Train team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members, and director in daily operations.
Manage charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement, and practice staffing.
Oversee team member performance and development, ensuring policy adherence.

Requirements

Associate's degree in business, management, or other related field of study or equivalent Required.
Bachelor's degree Preferred.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant healthcare or medical practice experience Required.
One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
