Scope of work
- Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner.
- Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and director in daily operations.
- Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing.
- Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Preferred.
- 3 years of relevant health care, medical practice or related work experience Required.
- 1 year of relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
