Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Practice Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new systems quickly

Requirements

• Basic & Essential Functions: Must be able to lift and carry clients, restrain/hold/transport, assume various postures, walk/run, sit, and perform specific computer and electronic device functions
