Practice Manager
About the role
The Practice Manager (PM) provides strategic leadership and oversight at their healthcare center, co-leading cross-functional teams alongside the Medical Director and Nurse Manager. This role ensures effective management of day-to-day operations, employee engagement, and patient satisfaction initiatives to deliver seamless care aligned with AHF's objectives of retention and census growth.
The PM's leadership spans patient growth and retention, client experience, and operational performance, while also serving as the primary financial performance manager in collaboration with AHF's revenue cycle team. The role involves policy development, process improvement, and cultivating relationships with service providers to enhance the overall healthcare experience for AHF's clients.
The Practice Manager acts as a dedicated patient advocate, removing obstacles to care and fostering a patient-centric, supportive environment for both the healthcare team and patients. Success in this role requires a passionate commitment to AHF's top initiatives, ensuring the organization's Core Values and Mission remain central to all actions.

- Serve as the primary financial performance manager, collaborating with AHF's revenue cycle team.
- Develop and improve policies and processes to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Cultivate relationships with service providers to improve the overall healthcare experience for clients.
- Act as a patient advocate, removing obstacles to care and championing a patient-centric approach.
- Foster a supportive environment for both the healthcare team and patients.
