Practice Manager

About the Role

The Practice Manager (PM) provides strategic leadership and oversight for AHF’s healthcare center, working closely with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager to ensure seamless, patient‑centric care and drive growth in patient retention and census.

Key Responsibilities

• Co‑lead cross‑functional teams with the Medical Director and Nurse Manager to manage day‑to‑day operations, employee engagement, and patient‑satisfaction initiatives.
• Drive patient growth and retention, enhance client experience, and improve overall operational performance.
• Serve as the primary financial performance manager, partnering with AHF’s revenue‑cycle team to monitor and optimize financial outcomes.
• Develop and refine policies and processes, and cultivate relationships with external service providers to improve the healthcare experience.
• Act as a dedicated patient advocate, removing obstacles to care and championing a patient‑centric approach.
• Foster a supportive environment for both the healthcare team and patients, promoting collaboration and accountability across multiple leaders.
• Uphold and promote AHF’s Core Values and Mission in all activities, adapting to a dynamic, nimble organizational culture.
