How You'll Make An Impact
- Primary point of contact for day-to-day patient and clinic flow, ensuring patients are seen on time with clinic staff
- Maintain adherence to ADVENT service quality standards, including behavior and dress code
- Maintain appropriate clinic staffing levels, reallocating as necessary based on volume, location shifts, and PTO approvals
- Regularly review weekly clinic performance metrics and monthly scorecards to assess progress toward financial and operational targets
- Share key insights with clinic teams to enhance performance and address any challenges
- Interpret clinic financial data and patient trends, identifying variances to budget and forecast
- Represent ADVENT in local marketing efforts (e.g., wellness fairs, job screenings, community events)
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful site visits and onboarding experiences
- Recommend adjustments to provider templates to optimize patient access and reduce visit lead times
- Provide clinic support coverage as needed (except where restricted by state law)
- Oversight of all clinic support staff, conducting regular team and individual meetings
- Manage performance through annual, mid-year, and 555 reviews
- Select, train, and coach staff by setting clear expectations, inspiring and motivating the team with appropriate urgency and clarity, while driving the company and growth initiatives
- Manage performance by recognizing achievements, providing constructive feedback, and guiding staff in their development and improvement efforts
- Foster employee engagement and drive eNPS scores
- Identify, propose, and implement continual improvements to drive process efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the scope of your work
- Support the overall success of the organization and perform other related duties as requested by leadership
- Plan for business growth and strategy, ensuring necessary cross-training
- Serve as the primary coordinator for service recovery, collaborating with medical leadership and billing to resolve patient grievances
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA
- May be responsible for covering multiple clinic locations as needed based on volume, FTEs, and market domain
What We're Seeking
- College degree or clinical certification is preferred
- Supervisory experience required – experience leading/guiding teams
- Experience in a medical clinic is preferred
- Experience with analyzing financial data and clinical performance drivers
- Experience managing clinic activities around patient trends, budget and forecast variances
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, being careful about detail and thorough in completing tasks
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to quickly change priorities on a moment-by-moment basis
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with moderate stressors
- Must be able to travel to sites locations as needed
