About the role
The Practice Administrator oversees the daily operations of their assigned practice site(s), including staff management, practice productivity, financial deposits, physician and patient scheduling, and budget development. This role ensures policies and procedures are implemented efficiently while collaborating with senior management and internal stakeholders to meet performance and satisfaction expectations, achieving an excellent patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Manages the practice operations of assigned site(s) in accordance with the Medical Group's goals and objectives.
- Collaborates with senior management, providers, and internal departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations, standardizing best practices and processes.
- Partners with Regional Manager, Regional Director of Operations, practice providers, and Quality Department to standardize best practices and processes.
- Measures and implements strategies to increase quality and patient outcomes through utilization of the system's clinically integrated network.
- Works closely with Regional Manager, Regional Director of Operations, and providers to ensure appropriate staffing at the practice site.
- Other duties as assigned; responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management, or related discipline (appropriate experience may substitute for the educational requirement).
- Minimum of two years of management experience in a primary care or specialty setting.
- Well-versed in interdisciplinary practice environments, with knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, and front-end staffing management.
- Process management ability to effectively coordinate professional and support staff, with proven experience in conflict resolution and team development.
- Demonstrated understanding of healthcare fiscal management.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with EHR systems and software applications.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business Management, or related discipline.
Pay
Anticipated annual salary range: $83,156.00 - $117,458.00. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
