Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop associates
• Evaluate hospital's processes, progress, and productivity
• Train associates on Optimum Wellness Plans, preventive care, and hospital services
• Manage budgeting and planning for the hospital
• Deal with daily operations
• Schedule associates, manage time off, and coordinate continuing education needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or equivalent experience
• Three years related experience required, including direct supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A knack for problem-solving
• Conflict management experience
• Leadership and analytical know-how

Skills

• Proficiency in veterinary practice management
• Excellent leadership and management skills

Pay

The salary range for this role is $67,013.20 - $86,796.84. Specific pay rates are dependent on experience, skill level, and education of the candidate, as well as geographic location.

Schedule

Full-time (FT) associates are eligible for all benefits programs, while Part-time (PT) associates are eligible for those highlighted with an asterisk.
