About the role

The Practice Management Specialist at Lewis Brisbois will collect, input, and update data in firmwide databases designed to track litigation matters from beginning to resolution. They will also track and monitor compliance to client reporting guidelines, research and compile data for analysis, and perform other duties related to database querying and report generation.

Responsibilities

  • Collects, inputs, and updates data in firmwide litigation databases
  • Tracks and monitors compliance to client reporting guidelines
  • Researches and compiles data for analysis
  • Performs other duties related to database querying and report generation

Requirements

  • Experience in the legal environment and familiarity with the litigation process (a plus)
  • Computer software experience and comfort with database functionalities
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft suite, especially Excel
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills and service-oriented mindset

Qualifications

  • Major Plus Airtable experience
  • Previous experience in working with varied levels within a Firm as well as with Clients
