About the role

The Practice Group Manager oversees daily operations, providing guidance, coaching, and support to staff and clinicians in assigned offices. They ensure operational efficiency, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with leadership to meet clinical, operational, and financial goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial performance, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Ensure compliance with standard procedures and resolve facility issues.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through training, performance management, and culture fostering.
• Support clinician engagement, onboarding, and retention, addressing escalated patient or staff concerns.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leadership to optimize service delivery and clinician support.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years or 5+ years healthcare leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with attention to detail.
