Job Summary
The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, ensuring they meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Financial performance management, monitoring workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures.
- Accountability: Ensuring implementation of LFST operational and clinical processes, providing root causes and action plans for under-performance, and managing local referral source relationships.
- Staff Performance and Support: Direct management of performance and engagement of direct reports, collaboration with shared services teams, and onboarding of new clinician hires.
- Clinician Performance and Support: Supporting clinician engagement activities, onboarding and training new clinicians, and resolving escalated patient complaints.
- Clinician Issue-Resolution and Retention: Regular communication with directors, soliciting feedback from strong performers, and mentoring them.
Compensation
$70,000 - $77,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential
Required Skills/Abilities
- Microsoft Office experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required
