Practice Group Manager
Job Summary
The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, serving as a local culture carrier and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures to ensure offices meet or exceed established clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure assigned offices operate efficiently and smoothly, aligning with LifeStance standard operating procedures; report on KPIs and implement action plans for underperforming areas.
Accountability: Partner with shared services teams for comprehensive clinician and patient support, manage local referral sources, assess patient capacity and clinician utilization, and build a high-performing team.
Staff Performance and Support: Directly manage performance and engagement of direct reports, ensure training needs are met, and support onboarding and training of new clinicians.
Clinician Performance and Support: Ensure mental health service delivery meets LFST expectations, policies, and procedures; provide operational support and partner with clinical and medical leadership for case consults, clinical documentation, and best practices.
Issue Resolution and Retention: Communicate with operational and clinical directors, engage strong performers, and support clinicians in resolving complaints and addressing concerns.

Compensation
$76,000 - $85,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
