Job Summary
The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, ensuring they meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure efficient operation of assigned offices.
- Accountability and Reporting: Monitor performance, report variances, and develop action plans to meet objectives.
- Team Building: Select, train, and manage office team members, fostering a positive culture.
- Performance Support: Administer administrative support for therapists and prescribers, engage clinicians, and resolve issues.
- Retention and Engagement: Communicate with directors, engage strong performers, and support onboarding of new clinicians.

Compensation and Locations
$74,000 - 85,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.

Required Skills/Abilities
- Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
