Practice Group Manager

The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, ensuring they operate efficiently and smoothly.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Financial performance management, monitoring workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures.
• Accountability: Monthly performance management and report out of assigned key performance indicators, including variance reporting and action plans.
• Team Building: Selection, training, and performance management of office team members; build a high-performing team.
• Support: Direct management of performance and engagement of direct reports, support in-office clinician engagement activities, and onboarding of new clinician hires.
• Issue Resolution: Escalated patient complaints, partner with clinical/medical leadership to drive resolution, and support clinicians with case consults, clinical documentation, and best practices.

Compensation

$76,000 - $85,000/annually, plus annual bonus potential

Physical Requirements

• Sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, walk, lift up to 25 pounds

Required Skills/Abilities

• Microsoft Office experience
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required
