Practice Group Manager
Job Summary
The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, serving as a local culture carrier and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures to ensure offices meet or exceed established clinical, operational, and financial objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure efficient office operations in alignment with LifeStance standards.
Accountability: Monitor and report on key performance indicators, develop action plans for underperformance, and implement operational processes.
Team Building: Select, train, and manage office team members, ensuring all training needs are met and fostering a high-performing team.
Support Clinicians: Administer administrative support, onboard new hires, and partner with clinical leadership to ensure service delivery meets LFST expectations.
Issue Resolution: Address clinician issues, communicate with directors, and support case consults, clinical documentation, and best practices.
Compensation and Benefits
$60,000 - 79,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, AD&D, short and long-term disability, life insurance, 401k retirement savings with employer match, paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay, and an Employee Assistance Program.
Required Skills/Abilities
Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
Physical Requirements
Sit, stand, bend, talk, hear, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, adjust focus.
