Practice Group Manager

Job Summary

The Practice Group Manager will provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, ensuring they meet or exceed clinical, operational, and financial objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance, coordinate responsibilities, and ensure assigned offices operate efficiently.
• Accountability: Monitor performance, report variances, and develop action plans to meet objectives.
• Team Building: Build a high-performing team through selection, training, and performance management.
• Performance Support: Administer direct reports, support clinician engagement, and onboard new hires.
• Issue Resolution: Address clinician issues, communicate with directors, and support case consults.

Compensation

$82,000 - 87,000 annually, plus annual bonus potential.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Microsoft Office experience.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education And Experience

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership OR 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience required.
