About the role
The Practice Group Administrator will be responsible for managing the onboarding, payroll, and accounts payable processes for three customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage the new hire process, including processing payroll and accounts payable
- Review timesheets for accuracy and submit payroll weekly for three customers
- Create payroll rosters and manual adjustment rosters as needed for reporting units
- Notify contractors of payroll deadlines and timesheet changes
- Facilitate onboarding functions such as sending new hire information, background checks, drug screens, and I-9 completion
- Handle contractor action forms for rate changes and new hires
- Manage account payable functions including entering AP invoices and coding credit card statements
- Respond to contractor inquiries via phone and email
- Complete the Inactive Employee report from Employee Benefits
- Perform additional administrative duties to support operational needs
Requirements
- 2-year degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in an office environment
- Strong computer skills across various software platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
