What You’ll Do
- Partner with attorneys to draft, refine, and finalize client-facing documents
- Support regulatory filings and compliance tasks under legal supervision
- Drive project timelines by liaising with clients, vendors, and agencies
- Lead knowledge management initiatives including templates, checklists, and precedent libraries
- Serve as the financial operations contact for the group, assisting with billing, budgeting, and engagement letters
- Coordinate internal training sessions and lunch-and-learn programs
- Manage conflict clearance processes and maintain organized waiver documentation
- Oversee annual audit response coordination for clients
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on outreach and RFPs
- Support recruiting efforts in partnership with the professional hiring team

Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience
