About the role

The Practice Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the firm's client base and enhancing its reputation in the legal market. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this position will focus on strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client development strategy
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and outreach
  • Manage and maintain relationships with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with other departments to align practices and improve service offerings
  • Represent the firm at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the legal sector
  • Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in legal marketing and/or business development
  • Knowledge of legal industry trends and best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
