We do that by creating a people-first culture built on trust, accountability, and transparency; where every employee – regardless of position, role, or identity is treated with respect and given an equal chance to thrive.
The Practice Consultant supports the design, commercialization, and successful realization of energy solutions across utility and public-sector programs. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams across business development, delivery, engineering, product, IT, and marketing; help align stakeholders around unified solution strategies and navigate competing priorities to support cohesive program designs; operate with some independence while taking direction in time-sensitive and complex environments.
- Practice Contribution & Skill Development: Apply and help refine solution design methodologies, frameworks, and best practices; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency in program design; contribute to development of training materials and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Market & Industry Awareness: Maintain working knowledge of DSM, electrification, and distributed energy resource programs, including regulatory and evaluation considerations; monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies to inform solution strategies; support occasional client presentations; prior experience in a client-facing role is desirable.
