Brightpoint Community College is a two-year public institution of higher education located within the Greater Richmond metropolitan area. KSA's/Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required (must be enrolled in a Master’s degree program)
• Minimum of five years of nursing experience, including experience in medical surgical and/or pediatric nursing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to teach a variety of course formats, including day, evening, weekend, hybrid, and/or online classes
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within and across institutional teams
• A current Commonwealth of Virginia nursing license or a compact state nursing license is required

Additional Considerations
