About the role
The role involves supporting the management and development of the dealer network and promoting Powerscreen material processing equipment. The primary focus in the first year is on learning the product range, building relationships, and understanding the dealer and territory management process. In the second year, responsibilities expand to managing territories and dealerships, setting sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Learn the features and capabilities of the Powerscreen product range.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external).
- Create field-based case studies at customer sites.
- Analyze market share to identify growth opportunities.
- Shadow current territory managers and assist in developing new dealer accounts.
- Prepare and present sales analysis and market share data to dealers.
- Conduct ongoing research of local market conditions and identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives for dealers.
- Secure sales orders for machines in line with agreed targets.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and customer demands.
- Train and advise dealer staff on company products and services.
- Coordinate and assist in customer and dealer visits to the factory.
- Ensure all dealer accounts are formally contracted and aligned to Terex Standards.
Requirements
- 1-2 years relevant experience in a commercial or technical role or recent college graduate.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle report.
- Strong interpersonal skills and affinity for technical product expertise.
- Superior time management and attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.

Pay
$60,000.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
