Join our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, providing care for patients with conditions such as congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis. As a registered nurse, you'll utilize skills including EKG interpretation, central line care, rescue Bi-PAP, high flow oxygen, trachs, and vents. Responsibilities include critical thinking, delegating, and effective time management, while working alongside Patient Care Nursing Assistants, Nurse Interns, Providers, PT, OT The unit features enhanced technology such as patient lifts, hands-free communication, virtual whiteboards, and telemetry monitoring, within a 24-bed facility.
