Plumbing Project Manager

The Role

We are seeking a proactive Plumbing Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of diverse plumbing and mechanical installations. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring all activities meet technical specifications, budget requirements, and strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle for plumbing and mechanical scopes, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Cook up with engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Perform site visits, review drawings, and provide technical guidance to resolve field challenges
• Track project progress, forecast costs, and maintain compliance with codes and industry best practices
• Ensure all work aligns with quality expectations, safety protocols, and project milestones
• Build strong relationships with clients and partners, maintaining open communication throughout the project

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing plumbing or mechanical construction projects
• Strong understanding of piping systems, HVAC-related plumbing, and mechanical installation practices
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of managing multiple priorities
