Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep

About the role

Responsible for managing customer service inquiries and dispatching plumbing repairs.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and emails
• Dispatch plumbers to repair sites
• Follow up with customers for feedback and satisfaction

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
